Fashion Trip's Customer Support gives you several ways to help you solve problems, learn how to use Fashion Trip better, and suggest improvements to our product.

How to contact us

Customer Support is available online and by fax or telephone.

Online

You can view the lastest questions and answers in the online Help via the Internet.

Fax

Fax your questions, along with your product identification number to the number below. You will receive a response by fax.

Telephone

You can reach Customer Support by phone between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. When you call, you should be at your computer. Be prepared to provide the following information:

• Product serial number used for subscription.
  

• Product version number.
  
• The type of hardware you are using (for example, a Pentium II 300MHz processor with 64MB of memory).
  
• The exact wording of any messages that appear on your screen.
  
• What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
  
• How you tried to solve the problem.
